Les Tamaris sur Andernos-Les-Bains

A place I love to return to in Andernos, ideally located on Place Louis David. The welcome and service are outstanding in every way, both inside and on the terrace, and the food is delicious. What more could you ask for? Bravo!

Dinner this weekend, nothing to complain about, the waitress was friendly and did her job well. The portions were decent, good value for money. 👍

The staff were very warm and welcoming. The meal was excellent, although there was a bit of a wait between the main course and dessert (35 minutes). To make up for it, they offered us complimentary aperitifs! Fantastic, we'll be back!

The friendliness deserves six stars. A beautifully decorated restaurant with a magnificent view of the bay. We were there in the afternoon around 3 p.m. and felt very comfortable from the moment we arrived. The duck salad was outstanding, and the shrimp were equally superbly prepared. A wonderfully light rosé accompanied it – a perfect match. We would especially like to highlight the friendly, attentive, and yet pleasantly discreet service, which made our visit complete. A truly harmonious and relaxed atmosphere – thank you for this wonderful experience!

I'm not in the habit of writing reviews, but this is the second time in February, both times on Sundays, that we've eaten here. Usually, there are no problems, and the staff is pleasant. However, in February, after ordering the tuna tataki (only two of us out of four ate it), 30 minutes after leaving the restaurant, we experienced stomach pains followed by intestinal problems. We called to report it a few days later, and the person told us it wasn't possible because no one else had complained. We let it go and thought it might have been a coincidence. We returned on Sunday, a party of six including two children. Everyone ordered different dishes (fish of the day, oysters, hamburgers, and ice cream), and four of us, including one child, felt unwell afterward. This time, there's no doubt. It would perhaps be appropriate and prudent for your customers to have your kitchens and food supplies thoroughly cleaned (ice crystals in children's desserts, for example, can indicate a break in the cold chain). With such a beautiful, street-front restaurant, it's a real shame.
