The cassoulet was delicious! The staff were very attentive and friendly. We would definitely return.

Great! We had the €17.90 and €33.90 menus. Honestly, the €17.90 one was enough; there's no need to go for the €33.90 one. The waiter was super friendly and pleasant, and the food was very good! One small negative point: it was noisy, but we happened to get a very noisy table.

While passing through Carcassonne, we made a wonderful discovery: the restaurant La Maison du Cassoulet. The food is truly excellent, with generous and delicious dishes, and an absolutely divine cassoulet. The welcome is warm and friendly. We highly recommend it!

A great place to eat, super cozy and the food is fabulous. Four adults and one child had set menus for €105; all the food was amazing.

A restaurant with a family atmosphere that feels like you're in your own home, comfortable, warm. I love the decor they have there. The spectacular, phenomenal, brutal service, asking at all times if everything was to our liking, apologizing if they had taken a while to serve the main courses... that's priceless! Those who work in the service sector like me detect at first glance who has the vocation inside. They have this vocation. The very affordable menu €17.90 per person, the one we chose, there are others more expensive and cheaper. The goat salad, "le cassoulet" and clafoutis aux framboises have exceeded my expectations, I knew I would eat well but so? Well yes. A 10 for the cook and chefs who do everything with love and also to the waiter who served us at the table fantastically and who welcomed us when we entered the restaurant. Thank you very much. We will definitely be back!!!
