Accueil sympa . Bel établissement avec terrasse intérieure . Personnel efficace et gentil . Excellent rapport qualité /prix . Menu à 16,90€ tres bon et copieux . Salade de gésiers /cassoulet délicieux /riz au lait. On y reviendra .

Restaurant in the city. Its terrace is shaded and the staff are very professional with a slight southwest accent. We had reserved our table the day before and took the gourmet menu. The cassoulet was a pure delight made with local produce. We had a great time.

A superb discovery of the famous Carcassonne cassoulet. A restaurant with an exceptional setting in the heart of the city. Pleasant service, a menu with reasonable prices, an extremely generous starter and dessert menu at €32, be careful not to have eyes bigger than your stomach like me!

Correct cuisine, correct welcome and correct prices for a restaurant in the city. No worries about having lunch there and having a pleasant time. Be careful, remember to book because on busy days, you will not have places.

The cassoulet is just incredible!!! Well-browned duck, deliciously tasty, sausage and tender, quality pork. Served hot and in a dish that remains hot throughout the tasting until the last fork!! TOP TOP well done

Une excellente adresse à retenir un vrai cassoulet et un service souriant et très sympathique le tout pour un tarif très correct. Je recommande vraiment vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.

26/09/2024: Estábamos caminando junto a este café durante la hora del almuerzo mientras paseaba por Carcasona y fuimos recibidos por una señora que estaba sirviendo una casa llena. Elegimos una mesa afuera para ver pasar el mundo y la señora fue más que servicial explicando lo que era la Plat du Jour. La comida (me gustó un Tartare de Boeuf y mi compañero Salade de Fromagerie) ) y el vino era excelente. El servicio era maravilloso y el propietario vino cuando habíamos terminado para preguntar si todo era de nuestro agrado que, sin duda, era. Nuestro almuerzo estaba bien - precio y vale la pena cada centavo. La gente que miraba era buena, ya que la ciudad cobró vida después del almuerzo Bien recomendado a cualquiera que visite Carcasona
