I wanted to share my exceptional experience at this restaurant! The value for money is truly outstanding. The cassoulet is simply excellent, a real treat! In addition to the quality of the food, the service is impeccable, quick, and efficient. The servers are very friendly and always smiling, which makes the atmosphere even more pleasant. A solid 5/5, I really have nothing to complain about. I highly recommend this place!

Excellent service! We opted for the gourmet package with cassoulet and homemade dessert. The value for money was excellent! It was the first time in my life I'd eaten homemade cassoulet, and I wasn't disappointed!!

We had a lovely time as a group of four at this charming restaurant. The decor was simple and elegant, the welcome was incredibly warm, and the restrooms were clean (which is important). The portions were very generous. I chose the €33.90 set menu with foie gras, cassoulet, and chocolate fondant, and I couldn't finish it. It was fantastic.

Everyone who knows Carcassonne will tell you about La Maison du Cassoulet, a true institution. Impeccable, efficient service, clean tables, and fairly quick service. Delicious food... and incredibly good value for money. We were two adults and one child. We ordered two set menus at €33.90 each and one children's menu. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The foie gras starter was divine, the cassoulet was so good we almost wanted more, even though the portion was more than enough, and for dessert, a gourmet coffee. We also had a delicious raspberry clafoutis, a wonderfully smooth panna cotta (made without gelatin), and a small macaron. Frankly, it was perfect. Less than €90 for a truly delightful meal in a warm and inviting atmosphere. Thank you to this young and dynamic team. Hats off to the kitchen staff! We will definitely be back and will recommend it to everyone.
