Excellent. Of the four cassoulets I tasted in Carcassonne, this was the best. The homemade panna cotta was the best I've ever had. Good wines from independent winemakers. The hippocras aperitif was also very good. And the service was top-notch: three very dynamic, competent, efficient, and friendly young waiters added to the appeal of this restaurant.

We came as a group; one table was served quickly, while the other had a long wait. At the beginning of the season, there were only two servers. Inside the restaurant, it's difficult to hear each other. The cassoulet, which was part of the "gourmet" menu, seemed to me to be overcooked...

26/05/2026: The cassoulet didn't disappoint. The same goes for the cheese platter, although the waitress couldn't tell us which cheeses were included, but the staff seemed very busy. The €21.50 set menu was satisfactory; luckily I ordered a salad as a starter, as vegetables are often missing from plates, based on my experience in France...
25/05/2026: Excellent place. Very good value for money. The menus are generous and delicious, the staff are friendly, we highly recommend it. The Corsicans

13/05/2026: Tourist trap??? Ordinary food. We ordered the €21 set menu; the gizzard salad was quite decent. The sirloin steak was served medium-rare, but when we told the waitress, she was surprised and said it was too late—she couldn't do anything. Even when we took our order, she didn't know how to use her computer. In short, very disappointed.
07/05/2026: Very nice food . Had the plate du jour. Good value, friendly staff who didn't laugh at my attempts to speak french. Would recommend.
