There was a bit of a wait during the service rush, but that's normal. The service was very professional and the food was very good 👍 I recommend it 🙏☀️

We had a gizzard salad and a grilled Toulouse sausage. It was delicious, and César, our waiter, provided impeccable service! Thank you.
Furthermore, having come from far away, we overestimated the time it would take to get to the restaurant, and they waited for us. I highly recommend this restaurant! There's absolutely nothing to criticize.

This past weekend, my partner and I were in Carcassonne, and while visiting the city walls, we stumbled upon this restaurant. The waiters were all incredibly attentive and made things much easier by speaking to us in Spanish.
We found the quality-to-price ratio to be exceptional. The sea bream was juicy, and the sauce was delicious, as was the chicken with mushroom sauce.
Their terrace is small and cozy.
We'll definitely be back.

Shaded courtyard, excellent cassoulet, top-notch service, very friendly staff. The only downside is that reservations are only accepted at 12:15 or 13:45. Luckily for us, we were able to arrive earlier at 13:00 for a 13:45 reservation.
