We had a wonderful lunch at this restaurant. The staff were exceptional, confirming that we were in a truly high-quality establishment. The cassoulet was excellent, and the dessert was too! Thank you for a lovely meal!

After research, my wife and I decided on taking our lunch here. Our starters were both very good but we both ordered the Cassoulet and they arrived piping hot and still bubbling but although tasty they had been too long in the oven and were very dry (see photo) after our sweet, I went to the toilet and saw others with Cassoulet which had the normal amount of gravy, so before paying I complained about how dry our Cassoulets were but got no more than a sorry. Most restaurants would have made a gesture to compensate, like a free drink or a reduction in the bill, but nothing. So left a little disappointed especially as it was my 83rd Birthday lunch.

A must-visit for cassoulet. The staff is excellent. Children can eat other dishes besides cassoulet. Highly recommended.

A fairly pleasant restaurant, but the decor was a bit drab for our taste. Otherwise, the cassoulet was very good and well-prepared, served piping hot. The dessert was also delicious. The servers were very friendly and attentive. I recommend it.

22/04/2026: We had a wonderful evening. The food was delicious and the wines excellent! The welcome and service were pleasant. The terrace was quiet and relaxing.
22/04/2026: While visiting the city of Carcassonne on Wednesday, April 22nd, we had dinner at this restaurant. The menu was short but the food was homemade and very good... Kudos to the owner and the team in general. I highly recommend this restaurant because there are also many tourist traps in the city. Go without hesitation.
