We enjoyed a delicious cassoulet. The starter and dessert were also very good. The place is pleasant, and the servers are very friendly. The meals are affordable for everyone. It's great! 👍

Honestly, an incredible experience from start to finish! The meal was absolutely delicious, everything was perfect. The service was truly top-notch: the servers were super friendly, smiling, quick, and very efficient. You feel very welcome, and the atmosphere is really pleasant. Restaurant located in the medieval Citadel of Carcassonne. It serves French cuisine with a focus on the local dish, cassoulet. Wide selection of wines, friendly, knowledgeable, and multilingual staff, and a charming location.

Disappointed by the cassoulet: the beans were crunchy and undercooked. What a shame for a cassoulet restaurant with a reputation to uphold. I mentioned this to the waiter, who acknowledged that it wasn't normal.

A charming place in the heart of the Cité de Carcassonne. It was recommended to us by a nearby shopkeeper who sells canned Cassoulet. The restaurant has an indoor dining area and a garden dining area. If you see the outdoor garden area with people queuing outside the entrance, go around the back and enter through the other entrance, which will allow you to eat inside. Cassoulet is truly a wonderful dish; on the wall there's even a recipe for making it for eight people. The first bite took me back 50 years to when my grandmother used to make me white beans with the same flavor. If you visit Carcassonne, you absolutely must try this dish, and only at this restaurant. We've seen it served in other restaurants in Carcassonne, but it wasn't the same at all. What they serve here is wonderful. My ranking of the best dishes I've tasted around Europe had the shin served in an old theater now transformed into a restaurant in Bratislava in first place...now I don't know whether to put the Cassoulet in second place or not...🥰🥰👌💥
