02/04/2024: Incredible manager!!! (he served on 03/27 at 12:45 p.m.) I just witnessed a truly amazing scene! The 2 customers right in front of me wanted to pay €5 in red coins... The girl throws her machine gun on the counter in the middle of a rush, she speaks too badly! In the end there was €0.30 missing, they wanted to pay it in credit card 🤦 30 cents in credit card, no messing around! So the manager explained very kindly that the minimum credit card is 1€ but they started to be even more stupid than they already were... The customers became aggressive, they asked for the identity of the manager, threatened to call the police... All this in the middle of a rush with a lot of people waiting.. In short, despite all that, the manager remained on top, super polite, courteous, professional! Frankly respect him and bravo for his ability to keep calm and continue to smile. He is really very, very good at his job and deserves better than to be treated like that by k-sos. Congratulations again to the manager. Give him a bonus he deserves it 😂
