We're from Quebec, Canada. It's been a long time since we've seen a hamburger and a Big Mac this well-made. Almost like a Big Mac from an advertisement! We loved the idea of ​​using plastic containers for the fries and soft drinks instead of disposable cardboard ones.

I went to the McDonald's in Caen city centre this Saturday at lunchtime. The service was smooth and fast; frankly, it's nice to see a fast food place with hot products like fries. In any case, I will come back and I recommend it if you are passing through the centre of Caen.

30/05/2026: The waiter was incredibly handsome; I made eye contact with him several times throughout the day (yes, I walked by multiple times). Please help me find him; he was so handsome, and I even smiled at him at the end of the day, if that helps in locating him.
25/05/2026: I don't understand the bad reviews for this bakery. Always a warm welcome with a smile! Personally, it's my favorite Caen tradition, and their pastries are very good and generously portioned. A special mention for their croissants, which, for the past week or two, have been truly excellent and full of butter, as have their pain au chocolat. There's been a clear improvement, even though they were already good before. I admit I haven't tried any sandwiches or desserts, but from what I know, it's a 5/5.
