The tuna tataki was very good, and the chocolate mousse was excellent. However, if the pad thai were served to a Thai person, it would have been flying across the room. No carrots, no eggs, wheat noodles instead of rice noodles, no bean sprouts, no lemon, no soy, no peanuts, and no protein whatsoever—basically, just spaghetti with peppers and beans, completely unseasoned. I was very disappointed with this main course, and the portion was ridiculously small compared to other dishes.

We had a wonderful time at La Villa Eugène! The food was truly delicious, the ingredients were excellent, and the staff was lovely. The setting is very pleasant and the atmosphere enjoyable; we thoroughly enjoyed our evening. 🥰
One small drawback: nothing is served with the aperitif, not even a few appetizers. Luckily, we had ordered a starter to tide us over! 😄
A truly great place that we highly recommend and where we will gladly return!

Very good and affordable, however, it was impossible to hear yourself speak.

There were seven of us, and it was our first time there. It was simply magnificent! The decor was beautiful, the waitress was incredibly kind, and her service was impeccable! As for the food, it was truly superb! Everything was cooked to perfection! Special mention for the chocolate fondant! Thank you for this wonderful evening! We'll be back! ❤️

As a regular at Villa Eugène, I was particularly disappointed with my last visit. The prices are still high, but the quality of service hasn't improved... The dishes weren't particularly tasty and were small in portion, and what about the cocktail that was taken away from us without even asking, even though we hadn't finished it? It's a shame, as the place used to be very good overall.

My husband and I came from Deauville for lunch today and had a wonderful time. We've been going to this restaurant for 15 years and have never been disappointed. We were a little surprised by the recent reviews, we even had some preconceived notions. But then… it was still just as good. The food was excellent, perfectly cooked, beautifully presented, and expertly prepared. The set menu was a reasonable €26 for a starter, main course, and dessert. The service was excellent, with no waiting and no rush. The atmosphere was as pleasant as ever. So we're glad we didn't heed the negative reviews. Perhaps in 2026, we're not easily satisfied anymore.
