This is a fantastic place to eat in Châteauneuf-du-Pape! A warm and attentive welcome, creative dishes, a wonderful lamb specialty, and a wine list by the glass that allows you to discover a wide variety of vineyards! 👍👍👍👍

A very enjoyable experience at this restaurant, where I dined for the second time. The welcome was warm and friendly; you immediately felt at ease. The dishes were delicious, generous, well-prepared, and served with exceptional care. A place you'll want to return to, and one we will gladly do. I highly recommend it.

The staff were not only professional, they were genuinely warm, attentive, and effortlessly welcoming. You can feel the heart behind this place from the moment you walk in. It’s more than a restaurant, it’s an experience. A little “house of happiness,” exactly as the name suggests. If you’re in Châteauneuf-du-Pape, this is an absolute must.

A restaurant just the way we like them. The telephone reception was top-notch, which is quite rare these days and worth mentioning! A very pleasant atmosphere and finally, an excellent meal at a really reasonable price. And what about the wine? 😉 Special mention to the lunchtime service 🫢 We loved it. It felt like stepping into "A Year in Provence"...

We had a wonderful time. The food was perfect, the blend of flavors incredible (the scallop carpaccio with passion fruit and hibiscus, and the chocolate dessert with olive oil and fleur de sel). The welcome and service were very pleasant. Thank you for this experience.

27/05/2026: What a wonderful discovery! This charming hotel is located just a stone's throw from Châteauneuf-du-Pape. The welcome was perfect; the owners, Camille and Silvio, are very charming and welcoming. The staff is incredibly attentive and caring. You truly feel welcome! The rooms are rather small and simple, but very pleasant and offer just the right level of comfort. One of our rooms had recently been tastefully redecorated with quality materials. The beds were very comfortable. The garden and terrace are truly magnificent, with a lovely swimming pool and tasteful outdoor decor. Breakfast is generous and very enjoyable on the terrace when the weather permits, and the interior space is also charming. We dined there twice and loved the quality of the food. In short, a place to remember.
25/05/2026: Very nice accommodation and very courteous staff. Dinner in the restaurant was delicious. We highly recommend this hotel!

Hostellerie Chateau des Fines Roches

25/05/2026: We absolutely loved Château des Fines Roches! We came as a family with our Akita Inu, and everything was perfect from beginning to end. The welcome was exceptional, both for us and our dog; we immediately felt at home. The location is simply extraordinary, with a magnificent view and a unique atmosphere nestled among the vineyards. The room was superb, very comfortable, and impeccably clean. The restaurant also deserves high praise: excellent sommelier recommendations, incredible table service—very professional, but above all, warm and welcoming. You can feel the passion of the staff who truly enjoy taking care of their guests. A perfect experience that we wholeheartedly recommend!
18/05/2026: A magnificent, charming, calm and relaxing hotel, situated on a hilltop overlooking the vineyards of the famous "Chateauneuf du Pape" appellation.
