Agréable accueil. Cocktails pris au bar. Petit bémol, l'énorme glaçon dans le verre est très exagéré. Peu apprécié vue le prix. Concernant le restaurant, service rigoureux et impeccable, vraiment excellent et très belles présentations du début à la fin, agréables saveurs et très colorés. Excellent. Bravo

Excellent address in Saint Lary Soulan to discover high-end gastronomy. The service is impeccable.

What a pity. This restaurant which has everything to please due to its location within a 4* hotel does not improve with the times (we are coming there for the second time in a year) and offers a menu that is far from exciting with 3 dishes and 3 starters. A lovely service (young job-seeking students probably) but very inexperienced. The wines by the glass (expensive between €8 and €9 and not impressive) are very sparingly served, bordering on insulting with 2 cm of height in the glass. We didn't make the remark so as not to have to "beg" for our dues but it was a huge red flag for us after the second glass. We took the duck carpaccio starter, poorly seasoned cold slices accompanied by raw vegetables and pickles supposed to "give some pep" but which in fact totally distort this dish based on game meat and make the meat even blander. For the main course, the beef accompanied by its starchy triangle, yes... ok... meh. In short, an address to try if you haven't managed to find a place in the very good restaurants of St Lary.
