We made a reservation for an end-of-year meal with colleagues. There were about twenty of us; the meal was excellent and the service was warm! I highly recommend it, we will be back.

We come to this restaurant regularly because the food is excellent. The dishes are always very good, and the chef, who is also the owner, is very kind and welcoming. That's why we keep coming back. However, the service is unfortunately very often disastrous. The wait times are regularly very long, drinks arrive long after we've ordered them, and we often have to ask for a carafe of water. Our last experience was the last straw. We waited almost two hours without receiving our food, while all the tables around us were being served, including those that arrived after us. It was only after we went to ask what was happening that the waitress returned to the kitchen. Apparently, our order had never been processed, and she only followed up about 30 minutes before we decided to leave. The most disappointing thing is that she never acknowledged her mistake or offered a real apology. On the contrary, she first tried to make us understand that we bore some responsibility, before shifting the blame to the chef, explaining that he had mismanaged the cooking. Anyone can make a mistake. However, refusing to take responsibility and trying to place the blame on others is unacceptable. It's truly a shame, as it harms a restaurant that deserves so much better thanks to the quality of its cuisine. We sincerely hope that the chef will address this service issue. His cuisine deserves to be showcased, but it's also time for his server to reflect on her own performance, as her attitude and the organization of the service spoil the experience.
