Really good spot by the coast on the estuary. Accommodation excellent - staff too! Did not try the restaurant because it was closed but they went out of the way to find an alternative down the road.

We booked in here to celebrate my husband's birthday. We had the most magical time here. The hotel staff are all so friendly and welcoming.
We had dinner at the gastronomy restaurant downstairs. This was such a treat. The manager and waiters were so knowledgeable about the different courses and all presented themselves in such a professional manner.
We had the best time ever! This place deserves a 10/10. I will definitely visit this hotel and restaurant again. It was the highlight of my holiday.

A very nice hotel, ideally located. The staff are charming and very welcoming. Excellent breakfast. Clean, quiet, and beautifully decorated. A very nice 4-star hotel, highly recommended.

A very nice establishment, but the service was poor. For a place of this caliber, the waiter had dirty trousers, and when it came time to pay the bill, there was no one at the bar, forcing us to call for help even though other customers had arrived at least 10 minutes earlier. To make matters worse, the tables in the lounge hadn't been cleared. It's a shame, as we enjoy spending time in this lovely establishment.

A very pleasant lunch at this ideally located hotel facing the sea. The cuisine was highly refined, using high-quality ingredients, perfectly cooked, and beautifully presented. While the presentation was occasionally a bit affected—the descriptions of the dishes, as you only choose the quantity and not the specific items, can seem unnecessarily detailed—and the portions a little small, the quality was undeniable. The service was very pleasant.

Excellent (2nd) stay at this magnificent hotel in Carteret, a magical place to recharge. Attentive and friendly staff, I recommend rooms 103 and 104 which have an incredible view, excellent restaurant and a superbly stocked breakfast buffet! We will be back!
