La Mere Brazier sur Lyon

Una experiencia excepcional a través de un 3 . Almuerzo de 5 horas. Teníamos una habitación privada. Cada plato era delicioso y el servicio era impecable. Todo se sentía muy cálido y acogedor, no relleno como algunos restaurantes Michelin - estrellas a veces puede ser. Esta comida será un buen recuerdo para el resto de nuestros días.

Nous avons passé un excellent moment dans ce restaurant à la réputation non usurpée.Service 5 plats:3 magnifiques :araignée de mer,foie gras artichaud "Eugenie Brazier",ris de veau.2 décevants:choux farci au gibier ,bon mais plutôt fade sans goût de gibier,dessert soufflé très chaud assez banal.Aucun choix de dessert chocolaté,c'est très dommage. Malgré tout,le service parfait rattrape ces petites regrets et ne me fait pas diminuer ma note finale.

I overall enjoyed the experience but gave 3 star for the overall value of money. Atmosphere: room is a little tight and crowded and you often overhear other people's conversation. The ceiling is very low so it does not feel much relaxed. Food: Very nice presentation. The John Donny fish entree is well made. The spider crab starter is bland and somehow does not carry any umami flavor of the crabs, which disappointed me a little bit and seems not worth the additional 15 euros. The Tuna starter is well made and probably the best. It is a little bit off-balance between the portions of starter, entree, and dessert. The portion of the desert seems way bigger than the starter and even bigger than an entree. Service: Good in general. Very attentative. Overall value to for money: 3 star

Unpretentious, great service, fantastic food. If you are in Lyon, you need to visit this place! We had the Eugenie Brazier menu w wine pairing and every item was wonderful. The spider crab and foie gras were exceptional!

Worthy of the culinary legend that is Mère Brazier…re-imaginations of classic Lyonnais dishes in a cozy, welcoming environment with efficient and friendly waitstaff. Beyond words.

This is still by far the best Michelin restaurant I have ever tried. Top plate was the araignée de mer 👍🏻 👍🏻

Good meal but without culinary emotion. Mathieu Vianney absent? Don't come and greet the tables like we always did in other starred restaurants. An error on the note, the spider crab supplement counted twice… Good time with family, but not exceptional. We have fonder memories of our dinner a few years ago.

Very good time in this institution. Fine and modern cuisine while keeping Mother Brazier's signature dishes. Very pleasant service with a very gentle team who knows how to adapt to everyone's rhythm

Sometimes we should allow ourselfs something special. The lunch at the le mere Brazier is much more than food. It is a complete experience. It starts with wonderful amuse bouches. Starters and entries are excellent in every aspect. After desert you get still some madeleines to complete a great meal. Of course you must be prepared to spend some money, but I assure you it is worth every cent.
