Exceptional experience!!!
All the dishes are divine, fine and perfectly balanced, without exception.
I was amazed by the artichoke/foie gras mixture, and also by the strawberry/artichoke. The apple soufflé is absolutely light.
Special mention to the sommelier, who not only makes amazing food and wine pairings (I'm still not over the Sancerre with the nose of exotic fruits and ice cider) but is so passionate about her job that it's fascinating. and transports us into his universe!
This meal was a pure marvel.

No wonder it’s a Michelin 2 stars. This restaurant is perfect from the beginning (online booking and email) to the end (walking out of the restaurant). They are very accommodating and made sure we are satisfied in every way.

A superb experience. There is a real search for composition on the plate, with a modernity and a bias that surprises. Excellent food and wine pairing as well.
The staff as well as the standard of the place are impeccable and we appreciated the quality of the service which is both professional and intimate.
The little treats offered for the next day are of course greatly appreciated.

Depuis le temps qu'on voulait y aller.
Peut être est-ce le service du midi ?
Aucune grande émotion dans l'assiette et des minis portions pour des plats à plus de 80€ à la carte, on attendait tellement des ris de veau et de sa glace, sons jus, 2 minis morceaux, 1 petit de ris, 1 mini de homard. Heureusement l'entrée gambas relève un peu le niveau des papilles.
Quelle déception, 2 étoiles, la salle est approximative sans chaleur, les toilettes sans le souci du détail.
On ne reviendra pas.
