La Mère Germaine more than deserves its reputation, both for its setting and the precision of its flavors. 🍽️ What we tasted: The starter: Lobster carpaccio with citrus bisque. A perfect balance: the lobster literally melts in your mouth, and the freshness of the citrus awakens the taste buds. A culinary revelation! The main course: The famous sole meunière with almonds. It's hard to get any fresher; it was caught that very morning. The cooking is mastered to perfection; it's a real "banger" for seafood lovers. The dessert: You can't leave without trying the legendary Grand Marnier soufflé. Light, generous, and flavorful... what more can be said, except that it's absolutely divine. The extra touch: The service is impeccable, and the atmosphere is both chic and welcoming. A must-visit on the French Riviera if you want to treat yourself to exceptional products. I highly recommend it!

The restaurant is beautifully situated and the service was good. Unfortunately, the food and the entire concept seemed rather traditional and somewhat outdated. I ordered the fresh catch of the day. Two of the three fish were very good, but the third was mealy and practically inedible. The waiter acknowledged this but still charged the full €60. Overall, I found the value for money disappointing and the dining experience rather dull. Furthermore, the staff's poor morale was noticeable. It's a shame; I had expected much more.

We sat right on the water and could see both the views of the sea and the town. We had the Gambas Sauvage and Lobster ravioli. The shrimp were tender and flavorful and the bisque sauce for the ravioli was rich and delicious.

Perfect! From the welcome to dessert, everything was top-notch for a wonderful time. The young waiter who took care of us was incredibly attentive and friendly. The price is justified by the quality. After such a great experience, I gladly paid the bill! This address is now on my checklist; I'll definitely be back.

It was a beautiful dinner. The non-alcoholic options were really appealing and appreciated. The waitress was very knowledgeable and friendly.
