La Mère Michèle sur Sauzon

We came to Sauzon from September 19th to 25th to complete the GR. There were four of us hikers and we ate four out of six evenings at this crêperie, where we were unanimously delighted by the quality of the pancakes, the lamb, the crêpes, and more. The welcome was excellent, without fuss but with sincerity. The owner was always attentive and available. The cleanliness is impeccable. We were able to chat with local customers who are regulars at this establishment and very happy to return regularly. We were also outraged by some unjustified reviews, some of which even featured photos that were clearly not taken at this establishment. Don't worry, form your own opinion, and you'll be delighted.
