Welcoming staff, great atmosphere, and a beautiful restaurant. The food is excellent; we thoroughly enjoyed our meal from start to finish. La Mère Poulard is a true institution at Mont-Saint-Michel, and the salt marsh lamb is a real delight. Don't hesitate to stop by if you're visiting Mont-Saint-Michel!

We had the main traditional Paysanne omelette. €45 was obnoxiously a tourist trap for what you get. The egg was fluffy, a touch undercooked. Lathered with some sort of foam that looks like soap foam. The bacon and pork belly was delicious and a saving grace. Onion and vegetable was decent.
The server Kellia was lovely, making the entire experience enjoyable and fun.
The hostess downstairs was absolutely rude, and should not be working in hospitality industry. All the three couples being seated upstairs were all the asians. Interpret that how you will. There were plenty of empty seats downstairs that the hostess refused to seat us at.

We stayed at the Ermitage and the rooms were beautiful. We had dinner at Mère popular and the food was delicious. The service was stellar, Axelle was attentive and so kind! Highly recommend!

While visiting Mont-Saint-Michel, we wanted to try this iconic restaurant. The €45 omelet? No thanks! We opted for the sharing menu at the same price. The salmon platter was fantastic! The omelet... well... lots of foam, a little bit of (plain) omelet, one onion, and some charcuterie. Frankly, nothing to write home about. The dessert was good, but nothing special. So, we were disappointed with the value for money, but especially with the omelet. Unbelievable!

We had a wonderful dinner at the restaurant. The children's menu was great, the sharing menu was excellent with a delicious omelet, there was a good wine selection, and above all, the service was truly outstanding.

Excellent meal and service. Kelli’s our waitress was superb. Courteous and friendly. We were visiting and didn’t speak the language. She helped us figure out the menu and we got meals we loved
