The food is absolutely delicious and refined. We thoroughly enjoyed it. We had the set lunch menu for €19 and we weren't disappointed: a very good starter and main course with superb presentation, and a delicious French toast dessert. A top-notch restaurant. The service is also excellent. While it's not located by the ocean or a lake, it's definitely worth a visit.

The restaurant doesn't look like much from the outside, but the food inside is absolutely delicious. Excellent from the welcome to the bill! I recommend the €47 set menu; it's a great idea. The grilled picanha was a wonderful discovery for me, in particular. The portions are generous and of very high quality. We'll definitely be back, even though it's 55 km from home, when the food is this good...

It's always a pleasure to return to this establishment. The food is excellent, and the Thursday evening summer barbecue is a real treat – kudos to whoever grills over a wood fire in 30°C heat! In short, we thoroughly enjoy ourselves. The main thing is that they change the menu from time to time, which is always a welcome change.

We discovered La Mise en Bouche last year and enjoyed it so much that we wanted to return this year. And as for the food, no regrets: it's still just as excellent! The cuisine is truly exceptional. The dishes are delicious, sophisticated, full of flavor, and you can tell there's real expertise behind each plate. It's definitely the kind of restaurant you remember and want to come back to. It's no coincidence that we returned a year later! The service is also very pleasant. Our waitress was smiling, attentive, and friendly, which certainly contributes to the pleasure of having a good time at the table. Unfortunately, there's one major drawback that I feel is important to point out: smoking on the terrace. It's summer, and we specifically chose to eat on the terrace to enjoy the outdoors. Unfortunately, several people were smoking around us, and in particular, at a table just to our right, cigarettes were lit one after another during the meal—about six to eight in an hour. As a non-smoker, being constantly inhaled cigarette smoke while eating is truly unpleasant. And it's all the more unfortunate here: when you're served such high-quality cuisine, with such delicious dishes, the cigarette smoke literally spoils part of the experience by altering the very aromas and flavors you came to enjoy. Beyond the pleasure of eating, there's also the issue of secondhand smoke. We didn't choose to breathe in that smoke during our meal, and it becomes even more problematic when children, especially young ones, are present on the terrace. I completely understand that smokers also want to enjoy the terrace. But perhaps it would be possible to consider a system that would satisfy everyone: for example, by clearly separating a smoking area from a non-smoking area, sufficiently far apart. I find it truly unfortunate that such an excellent restaurant should have the experience of its non-smoking customers so disrupted by this issue. We come back precisely for the exceptional quality of the food and would like to be able to continue doing so every year. But I prefer to be honest: if we have to endure cigarette smoke throughout our entire meal just to enjoy the terrace, it might unfortunately end up making us give up on it. That would be a real shame, because La Mise en Bouche is an excellent restaurant that deserves to be known for its cuisine, its service, and the quality of its dishes, not for leaving with the lingering memory of cigarette smoke. Exceptional cuisine that we sincerely recommend, with the hope that this point can be taken into consideration. ❤️
