What a wonderful surprise! The restaurant is completely transformed compared to the previous owner. Everything is now top-notch: a warm welcome, attentive service, delicious food, and a very pleasant atmosphere. A true renaissance—congratulations to the new team! I highly recommend it.

26/05/2026: It's hard to find anything negative to say about the Hotel Florus. A survivor of the family-run hotel industry and the service that goes with it. Friendly, dedicated staff—a real pleasure. Unfortunately, the rooms aren't very soundproof. But I would still go back.
20/05/2026: The hotel has an old-fashioned feel, but it's been renovated. The room was spacious and pleasant. However, the bathroom was quite small. The bedding was impeccable. The staff was very friendly and professional. The breakfast was good, but only offered sweets, which might be a bit limited depending on your taste. The real drawback is the soundproofing: you can easily hear what's happening in the hallway and in neighboring rooms. The bathroom ventilation vent opens directly onto the street, which also lets in outside noise.

21/05/2026: Excellent experience at Le Physalis. The restaurant offers high-quality, homemade cuisine, with flavorful, well-executed, and carefully prepared dishes. You can really taste the work that goes into the ingredients, the cooking techniques, and the balance of flavors. The menu changes regularly, which makes the experience always enjoyable and allows you to discover new suggestions with each visit. This is a real strength, as it gives an impression of freshness and vibrant cuisine. Chef Antonio is excellent, and his expertise is clearly evident on the plate. His cuisine is generous, refined, and authentic, while remaining very pleasant and approachable. The atmosphere is warm, the service is welcoming and professional, and everything makes you want to return. For me, Le Physalis is a wonderful place that I wholeheartedly recommend for an excellent homemade meal.
