We spent a weekend at the hotel and everything was perfect: lovely staff, an immaculate, well-equipped, and beautifully decorated room—everything was done to make our stay enjoyable. The atmosphere is welcoming and friendly, the breakfast was generous, and the meal at the restaurant was a delight (everything is homemade). Plus, the hotel is close to the metro. We will definitely be back.

You can really taste the work that goes into the ingredients, the cooking techniques, and the balance of flavors. The menu changes regularly, which makes the experience always enjoyable and allows you to discover new suggestions with each visit. This is a real strength, as it gives an impression of freshness and vibrant cuisine. Chef Antonio is excellent, and his expertise is clearly evident on the plate. His cuisine is generous, refined, and authentic, while remaining very pleasant and approachable. The atmosphere is warm, the service is welcoming and professional, and everything makes you want to return. For me, Le Physalis is a wonderful place that I wholeheartedly recommend for an excellent homemade meal.

18/01/2026: Excellent in every way, both the food and the service. I'll definitely be back to try other dishes!
17/01/2026: Excellent place for the cheese and egg shop, etc., AND for the restaurant where the meats are delicious with a very wide selection available: for example, the hanger steak is a cut not offered everywhere. The salads and side dishes are also very good. The raclettes and fondues that were being passed around looked very tempting; I'll have to try them next time. The icing on the cake is the very friendly and professional staff.
