Small friendly pastry shop, the cakes are good but nothing more. Many products are not homemade, which is a shame. We feel that it lives on the media name.

Friendly and welcoming staff. The pastries are good, but we are still disappointed by the lack of pep and surprise given the marketing done around them, especially at the prices they are at. We will prefer to turn to a good neighborhood pastry shop at a lower price, or try other famous pastries for the same price. That said, the chocolate bears are very good, and the bread looks delicious.

Disappointed with this pastry compared to the one in St Tropez. I found the pastries not as good. The service is not great, not very smiling and friendly, but hey that's obviously how it is in this sector. On the other hand, a nice business which nonetheless makes you want to buy it.

During our visit to the store, the waitress was not up to the standards of the pastries served. No smile, no advice on the products offered.

Le Barbouquin

08/02/2026: Cute lil café tucked away in a silent street in Belleville. The owner is warm and kind, just wished the golden latte had more flavor, it felt mildly watery. The carrot cake and pancakes were nice :)
08/02/2026: The food was good but the coffee tasted pretty standard and bitter, which is a shame because I was looking forward to something less akin to the usual commercial coffee beans and more flavourful. The chocolate cake thr owner makes is a killer though.
