Delicious food on the mountain and although outside patio has an amazing view also consider inside, it is very atmospheric! If you’d like your burger cooked more than medium rare you must ask, but it may not happen. C’est la vie.

La Peau de Vache is the perfect place for a gourmet break with an incredible view. The setting is simply magical; you enjoy the scenery as much as the food.
The dishes are generous, flavorful, and prepared with care. You can taste the quality of the ingredients and the authentic nature of the mountain recipes.
The service is quick, efficient, and always with a smile, even during the busiest times—and what a busier time it is!
Honestly, one of the best mountain restaurants I've ever tried. I highly recommend it!

Incredible restaurant, the homemade food was "so good," the staff were incredibly attentive, and the owner, Calvin, and his younger brother Andrea, who works in the kitchen, came out to greet us personally. The atmosphere was fantastic. I highly recommend this place for a wonderful holiday.

An absolute wonder! I ski in Val d'isère at least once a year and this restaurant outperforms all others for its atmosphere, food and service. Very welcoming. May be a bit on the pricy side but it's completely worth it, a HUGE must!! Not only accessible by slope, but also by chairlifts on foot (and if you had too much to eat you can go down by lift) Highly recommended!
