Everything was delicious, the prices were fair, and the place was gorgeous. The service was also very fast! I highly recommend it.

We stumbled upon this restaurant while strolling through the charming streets of Colmar and spontaneously chose it for our dinner! Based on our experience, it's a highly recommended restaurant with a good selection of appealing Alsatian dishes. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive! We received a warm welcome and farewell, which is why we will definitely dine here again on our next visit to Colmar! We were shown to a pleasant, cozy table. The food was very well seasoned and prepared! A compliment to the kitchen! I can't remember ever having such a good Bouchée à la Reine. The Spätzle, slightly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, were simply delicious! The seasonal beer perfectly complemented the delectable meal. A restaurant should offer guests a pleasant experience and serve lovingly prepared food. 'La Pergola' fully lives up to these expectations. A top recommendation from us!!

After a long search for restaurants in Colmar and encountering grumpy and rude people, it was a balm to arrive at "La Pergola". The staff who greeted us were very kind and welcoming. The waiters were polite, professional, and quick in their service. The atmosphere is cozy thanks to the decor and the details that make all the difference. Our pets were well accommodated. The food was simply delicious. We felt a sense of human warmth, and our hearts were warmed on such a cold day.

Excellent restaurant. The ingredients are high quality and the dishes are delicious. The staff is very friendly; we had a wonderful time. We went during the Christmas market, and it was lovely to spend some quiet time eating in a cozy atmosphere. I highly recommend it.
