My husband and I were delighted with this little restaurant! The Baeckeoffe and the Spätzle gratin with Munster cheese were excellent, as was the tarte tatin. The welcome was warm and friendly. We highly recommend this place if you're visiting Colmar and want to try some local dishes.

08/06/2026: Came here with my boyfriend for a date night in Colmar. Great food, pork cheek was melting in my mouth, and the cream of asparagus, I could drink a whole bowl! Old man serving us was very polite and friendly, he recommended a great golden Gewurtztraminer wine! Service was a bit slow, that’s the only thing I’ll say!
03/06/2026: The Michelin Green Guide recommended this establishment, and the menu looked quite tempting, so I headed to Maison Rouge for dinner (it's best to book, especially during peak season). The salmon was delicious, accompanied by a sauce that perfectly complemented it. The wine, a Gamay, recommended by a smiling and humorous woman, was also an excellent choice. I thoroughly enjoyed my dinner and the time I spent in this restaurant, despite the heatwave.
