We arrived towards the end of service at 2:15 pm after being turned away elsewhere... a wonderful discovery, a warm welcome. Superb hand-cut beef tartare... and trout tartare, delicious blueberry tart... we'll stop here next time... thanks again

We had lunch at Le Canin for the third time today and once again we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves...high-quality and generous cuisine...the ribeye steak was incredibly tender and the trout salad was magical!!! The blueberry tart was delicious.....thank you!!!

A warm welcome, a very well-heated enclosed terrace (it was quite cold in March). Generous portions of good quality for under €20, homemade dessert. A great place to eat.

07/06/2026: Everything went very well, we made a reservation of course 😅. We ordered a fondue for two, a tartiflette from Ariège, and a butcher's cut. Everything was excellent, the atmosphere was friendly, the owner was funny, and the prices weren't excessive considering the portions. We'll definitely be back this summer.
03/06/2026: We really enjoyed this little restaurant: relaxed atmosphere, good local dishes, charming welcome. And it was open on a Monday evening when almost everything else is closed!

15/07/2026: A nice mountain restaurant with simple but well-prepared dishes. I recommend the beef tataki, which is perfectly seasoned and melts in your mouth, as well as the profiteroles for dessert (for those with a sweet tooth, as it's a generous combination). The chocolate mousse is good but quite sweet. The service was excellent. The square with the fountain is pleasant. Continuous service makes it perfect for a stopover while driving!
11/07/2026: Regular breakfast stop. Very friendly staff. Pleasant location.
