A very good restaurant in the heart of Ax-les-Thermes. Excellent homemade dishes made with fresh, local produce; a slight disorganization more than compensated for by the friendliness of the servers and the quality of the menu. All at a very reasonable price.

Excellent food...everything is homemade. This is our second time there, and it's always just as good. They also have a children's menu. A must-visit if you're passing through, like we were. The staff is lovely.

We stopped for a quick coffee. Very good service, a little slow; we waited 5 minutes before seeing anyone. Be careful going to the restrooms; there's a low beam.

We arrived towards the end of service at 2:15 pm after being turned away elsewhere... a wonderful discovery, a warm welcome. Superb hand-cut beef tartare... and trout tartare, delicious blueberry tart... we'll stop here next time... thanks again

A fantastic dinner served with a smile, the perfect accompaniment to everything. Simple yet tasty food: onion soup with croutons and a terrine of baked Camembert, paired with a good glass of wine, made me happy. Thank you.

07/06/2026: Everything went very well, we made a reservation of course 😅. We ordered a fondue for two, a tartiflette from Ariège, and a butcher's cut. Everything was excellent, the atmosphere was friendly, the owner was funny, and the prices weren't excessive considering the portions. We'll definitely be back this summer.
03/06/2026: We really enjoyed this little restaurant: relaxed atmosphere, good local dishes, charming welcome. And it was open on a Monday evening when almost everything else is closed!
