Restaurant that you absolutely must discover. The dishes are excellent and the service impeccable. All products are fresh with a beautiful presentation.
I would add that the pancakes served in the afternoon for young and old are delicious without forgetting the mulled wine to comfort the hikers after the tour of the lake.

Perfection: pleasant but simple setting, relaxed but respectful welcome, refined but complete menu, simple but excellent products, careful cuisine but without unnecessary frills.
Thank you for allowing us to escape burgers, pizzas and other fried steaks by offering us an Auvergne that is both modern and traditional.

Very nice surprise!
We found this restaurant by chance and were delighted, as were our taste buds, by the veal rice with morels, the scallops and the desserts!
Delicate dishes cooked with fresh, seasonal produce, all with a view of Lake Chambon.

On vacation in Chambon sur Lac, we really enjoyed our lunch.
A feast for the eyes and taste buds, the dishes are copious and delicious.
Everything was perfect and several favorites: porcini mushroom velouté, Cantal croustades, sweetbreads with morels.

What a great time!!!! Even if the setting and decoration are not great (new furniture would be enough), this is more than made up for by the finesse, presentation and taste pleasure of the plates. Prices are largely reasonable given the work and love of good cuisine that is offered to us. Bravo to the chef, his team! Special mentions for the porcini mushroom soup and the soft chocolate!! We will come back for sure!!

Ce restaurant a une salle intérieure et une terrasse vue sur le lac.
Le personnel est très sympa.
Et la cuisine est vraiment très bonne et originale.

En ballade sur le lac chambon , notre déjeuner à été agréable avec un belle vue sur le lac chambon et montagnes environnantes.
Les plats sont bien présentés et le service agréable .
Mais qq détails améliorables : pas de couteau à steak pour le rumsteack, écrasé de pomme de terre avec amidon prononcé (mouliné?), ananas passion très (trop) acide.
Un moment sympathique qui pourrait être encore meilleur!
