La Petite Table sur Assignan

05/09/2024: An exceptional culinary experience at La Table de Castigno! This gourmet restaurant nestled in the heart of the village of Assignan was a real discovery. The proposed menu was a journey for the senses: each dish, prepared with local ingredients, surprised us with its inventiveness and exquisite flavors. The combinations of tastes were sublime and the presentation of the dishes was very careful. Special mention for the dish in 3 preparations of Mediterranean Amberjack which combined bold flavors with incredible finesse. The atmosphere of the dining room, with its refined decor and garden view, perfectly complemented the dining experience. The food and wine pairing proposed by the sommelier was also perfect, allowing us to discover local wines that went perfectly with the dishes. Small negative point, the butler's service unfortunately did not match the quality of the cuisine. It lacked friendliness and attention, which somewhat contrasted with the professionalism of the rest of the team and the refinement of the establishment. A small downside which, I hope, will be improved in the future so that the experience is truly perfect. I highly recommend La Table de Castigno to all food lovers looking for a unique experience. We will undoubtedly come back to relive this magical moment. Congratulations again to Justine & Stephan!

02/09/2024: Excellent experiences with the Table, this is my 2nd visit and I have never been disappointed! Thank you to Chefs Stephan Paroche and Justine Viano for their professionalism and perfection in this area. The sommelier is very professional and very involved in the choice of alcohol and drinks. A small negative point is the butler where he was non-existent in the middle and end of the meal.
