Discovery menu concept that I really appreciate.
But the dishes lack surprise, wow. On this kind of proposition we expect the universe of a chef and not just the good ones.
And I have a big problem with the appetizer: a glass of “couscous” (semolina/raisin) with an emulsion on top and a carrot top. For what?? It's rubbish and one of the worst entries for a menu of this type.
Good meat dish with a strong juice and the rest is decent.
Veggie menu for my partner for the evening where the proteins were replaced twice by roasted onion, yeah...
Finally wine by the glass: lack of choice and young wine: Croze Hermitage white 2023 & a Pineau noir en Coteaux Bourguignon 2022 (11&12€). I would have liked to have a slightly more sophisticated proposal to accompany the menu or even a wine pairing proposal.
In conclusion, I may be too critical but this reflects disappointment in a promise that appealed to me and it turned out to be too dull for my taste.

Reservation made after the TV report in January 2024. We had lunch there on Easter Day. Very warm welcome from the whole team. The “surprise” dishes were tasty, creative and seasonal. We feasted. Address to discover!

Amazing experience. The Easter special 7 course tasting menu was great. The amuse bouche was fine but I expected a bit more to be honest. The bread they served with the dishes was also pretty basic. The starters were a blast. Complex tastes and amazing balance. They were definitely a highlight of the whole experience. Two main dishes were good and tasty but were not as complex in flavour and taste in my opinion. The bacon foam accompanying the lamb was great though! The difference between 5 course and 7 course menu was a pre-dessert and a cheese plate. The cheese plate was pretty basic in my opinion and was a bit of a miss. The taste was great but it was not as complex and interesting as I was hoping for. The pre dessert with kiwi was great. The main dessert was pretty basic, too - a classic combination of chocolate and cherry without anything super complex or surprising. Overall I liked the first part of the set much way more and I think the second part could benefit from a bit more complexity. The staff were just amazing. The atmosphere was pretty basic and simple yet clean and neat. The wine selection was pretty good. Overall a great place to try a set menu - maybe it’s not going to be an experience of your life but it’s going to be really really good. Prices are a bit on the higher end for what you get but still within reasonable range for this kind of experience

The whole experience was very nice. The waiters/waitress were very friendly and checked in with you after every course. Would definitely come back.

Excellent food and service! I highly recommend this establishment. The only comment I have is that it was extremely warm in the restaurant. Some fresh air through an open window or air condition would have been very helpful.

No fault everything is perfect including the bill, the wine list, the creativity of the dishes, the cooking of fish and meat, their presentation as well as the table service.
I haven't given a 5/5 for a long time (last Alexandre MAZIA).
A small remark, we would need advice or direction on wine to accompany a discovery menu.

Entered the store at 7 o'clock. At first there were only two groups, but by 8:30 it was full. The menu was a set menu of 5 or 7 dishes of French cuisine, with vegetables, fish, and meat, each of which was delicious. They also explained the dishes carefully in English. For Japanese people, I think 5 dishes equals 10 portions. Reservations recommended.
