A wonderful discovery tucked away on a side street! A warm welcome followed by a delicious meal! And all this at a very reasonable price. The place is very pleasant with a lovely musical ambiance. A big thank you!

A wonderful discovery in Saint-Jean-de-Luz! We had a fantastic time at La Pile d’Assiettes. Everything is there for a delightful meal: tasteful decor and furnishings, beautiful tableware, and above all, a warm and welcoming atmosphere. A big thank you also to the waitress, who was incredibly kind, smiling, attentive, and very competent, greatly contributing to making our experience even more enjoyable. And what can we say about the owner, who is also the chef: a true enthusiast! His cuisine is expertly prepared, generous, and full of flavor, showcasing his considerable skill. We wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant for the quality of its service, cuisine, and ambiance. We will definitely be back! 👏🍽️

A welcoming place, the waitress was very friendly, the service was impeccable, and I was pleasantly surprised by the food. The price was very competitive.

I'm not usually a fan of Buddha bowls, but wow, this is amazing! The place is beautiful inside and has a really relaxing atmosphere. VEGAN/VEGETARIAN FRIENDLY! (I think they have vegan lasagna and Buddha bowls; I'm not sure if they have anything else. I'm not sure if the lasagna is only vegetarian, but I told them I was vegan and they said yes, in principle.) Also, something I've noticed is quite common here is that even if you don't order a drink, they still bring you a pitcher of cold water, and they even give you a portion of bread with the bowl (by the way, the bowl was €14, but the portion is generous). Very happy with the place.
