Thank you for the courage and kindness of the waitstaff (Jean Baptiste, Pascale, Aïa). It was incredible in a magnificent setting. The desserts were excellent, and so was the food!! Thank you all ❤️

08/08/2026: This is my third time back for lunch, and this time without my wife, who was busy with family responsibilities. Everything is made on-site, so you have to arrive early because the dishes sell out very quickly. They offer regional dishes, with an Asian twist on reimagined Bánh Mì. The menu changes daily depending on what's available at the market. The establishment is enjoying great and well-deserved success. In the evening, we dine at Pluviôse, the small Basque grill, or Arotzenia, but lunch is sacred—it's Bocata.

11/06/2026: We had a wonderful stay at this hotel; our rooms were spacious and comfortable. It's a family-run hotel where you feel right at home. We had a lovely evening at the restaurant. It has a varied menu, and all the dishes we ate were delicious. The staff is welcoming and attentive to guests. We would particularly like to thank Ms. Elise for her kindness, helpfulness, professionalism, thoughtfulness, and sense of humor. A great find; we will be back!
