Nice spot on the port. A local institution. Food prices are reasonable, but drink prices have skyrocketed, especially wines by the glass and beers.

At La Pizza Cresci I ordered a pepperoni pizza and was handed half of one. Not a mistake, just their idea of portion control. The thing arrived like a small surfboard, folded slightly under the weight of good intentions and molten cheese.
We sat outside in the evening air, which had a bit of a chill, though the place itself hummed along happily. One colleague chose lasagne that looked suspiciously worth stealing.
The staff moved like people who had seen busy nights before and weren’t worried about it.
If you’re hungry in Cannes, this is a very comfortable way to solve the problem.

It will soon be a year since I left Cannes, and yet I still think about the eggplant pizza at Pizza Cresci… a truly memorable culinary experience! I highly recommend this fantastic restaurant, very well-known in Cannes, right next to the port, with a friendly atmosphere!

Avoid this place during a conference; it was too crowded, and the waiter was overwhelmed. I couldn't even get a drink, not even a bottle of water! The waiter got worried when he saw me standing there looking for the restroom! He probably thought I was sneaking out... without my son. The pizza was generous but expensive, like everything else. I was a bit disappointed at €66 for two people; there are cheaper places in the neighborhood that are just as good.

I had the goats cheese pizza with Parma ham, honey and oregano.. honestly the best pizza I have ever had 🤌🏻 situated right next to the marina

We went out as a family tonight to Pizza Cresci, thank you to Maxime for his kindness (my son appreciated the mushroom topping 😄)...we had a very good time, the service was quick and professional.

Pizza Crésci is a must on the Old Port of Cannes.
We've been going back for over 30 years.
A large outdoor terrace and several indoor dining areas.
The menu offers a wide selection of meat and fish dishes.
Wood-fired pizzas, of course.
The eggplant pizza is our favorite.
It can get a bit noisy inside.
Reservations aren't possible.
Out of season, there's no problem, no wait.
In peak season, there's a queue outside.
Due to the crowds on some days, the staff can be a little tired.

I've been going there for 40 years and the pizzas are still just as good and special.
Be warned, lovers of "real" (as some would say) Italian pizza might be disappointed.
However, if you're looking for a different kind of pizza (served like half a double pizza), cooked in a wood-fired oven and generously topped, don't hesitate!
