The place is great, however the cuisine has become Americanized and leaves something to be desired: burger (presumably frozen fries), meat, meat, meat, and more meat. The so-called vegetarian salad was very good (although low in protein and carbohydrate intake), but only one dish on the menu without meat is average in 2024 (historically it was omelette, Saint-Félicien in the oven, pot au feu , andouillette gratin, etc.).

Perfect for a ski lunch break or a drink at the end of the day! The magnificent view, the service and the quality products! A must in the Alps! And long live the génep! 🤪

Amazing !! In every way! Quality of dishes, professionalism, smiles, excellent welcome from the boss, family atmosphere, everything is there; even with young children! :-) nothing to complain about, we will go back without delay and this winter with pleasure!

Hello, We came twice in quick succession, the first quite late the kitchen was about to close and still served us a very good fresh platter and the next day we had lunch. The dishes are excellent and very very generous. Thanks to the waiters for their smile despite the crowd and their efficiency. In short, we loved it and highly recommend it!

Nous étions cinq à avoir mangé à midi dans une bulle pendant Tomorrowland Winter. Nous avons été servi par Donia, ce fut un excellent moment!

27/08/2024: We had dinner 2 evenings in a row at the Edelweiss restaurant, you won't find a better welcome in the entire resort! The dishes are all homemade and delicious! We tasted the burger and its incredible homemade fries as well as the 3 cheese fondue with whole cheese grated directly by the chef! A treat! I would add the warm, smiling and friendly welcome which motivated us to come back 2 evenings in a row! Despite a busy service this evening and a full restaurant, always a kind word and a smile. At edelweiss you are sure to have a good time! Remember to book 😉

23/08/2024: Everything was perfect: welcome, dish (burger) all with a magnificent view. The only downside is no regional dish.
22/08/2024: Magnificent panoramic view, with open roof, the waiters are pleasant and efficient, I recommend!
