La Plage des Salins Restaurant sur Saint-Tropez

23/08/2024: This is an amazing restaurant. One of the best at which we have ever dined and we have dined all over the world. The exquisite pool and garden dining venue is breathtaking with a lovely and classy ambience. The staff were kind and discrete. But the food was remarkable! Never experienced such delicious flavours. The presentation of the dishes was out of this world. The only down side was that the restaurant should ban the use of mobile phones for a variety of reasons. First, we felt very exposed by a man walking around the restaurant for over half an hour taking continuous videos of literally everything. Intrusive and disturbing. We asked our lovely waiter to tell this man to respect our privacy and not to approach us which he did although the filming continued. Second, there was a man in the bar area constantly talking on his phone very loudly as if he was showing off. Not only was he chatting on the phone so everyone could hear but he also kept pacing about causing us some disquiet. The use of the phone continued from the moment we arrived until we left! I suggest that guests are told not to use their phones at all but if they need to access them, then to leave the restaurant and use them outside. This is usual practice in London clubs and you can understand the reason for this rule.

17/08/2024: L’endroit est vraiment magnifique ! Les tables sont disposées autour de la piscine dans la cour intérieure de l’hôtel YACA. L’accueil comme le service sont de très beau niveau. Quant à la cuisine, c’est fin, délicieux ! L’addition est très raisonnable au regard de la prestation au global ! Merci et bravo !
