I love coming here with my friends. The food is very good and the price is excellent. I'm happy to be able to eat certain meats there 😉

Very warm welcome, generous portions and very good 😉 worth doing again and again!

January update: Since I can't post multiple reviews, I went back to this fantastic restaurant today because I was really hungry! I had the set menu for under €18, and the portions were great, the quality was top-notch! For example, today I had half a homemade fried Camembert: excellent. The turkey paupiette with fries and salad was super generous and delicious. Homemade dessert—in short, a real treat, as always. UNBEATABLE in Angoulême and the surrounding area if you want to eat well in a real restaurant that respects its customers. They strive to maintain this homey atmosphere, a restaurant where they respect the customer, especially the hungry ones :-) . Besides the all-you-can-eat plancha, all-you-can-eat raclette, fondues, etc. (a must-try for a great meal), there's a very generous and delicious daily menu! Well done to the whole team, it's fantastic!! I'll be back as soon as I'm in the area for work because it's well worth the trip. Post from 6 months ago: Fantastic for big appetites because: - They offer a choice of grilled dishes at a ridiculously low price and with XXL portions - Super good fries, served in generous quantities - Very good salad, perfectly seasoned, to accompany the meat I chose grilled beef, marinated chicken, and duck = it was amazing And all-you-can-eat for €20, so unbeatable in the area, and finally a good, hearty meal with plenty of food. Nice bar-style place Fantastic restaurant, keep it up!!!! Only one drawback: be aware that there's a small griddle next to you for cooking, so in the case of duck breast, it splatters a bit even if the griddle isn't too hot. Also, be careful of the smells since it's cooking right next to you. So, in my case, I had a client meeting, so be mindful of this and move the griddle away. 😙

The welcome was super friendly and the food was excellent.

The food was good, and very good depending on the dishes we ordered. We had duck breast with honey, two Périgord fondues, two warm goat cheese salads, and a regional platter. From start to finish, the servers and the two owners took excellent care of us. It's a very well-run establishment! I highly recommend it!
