Very good restaurant where you eat very well. I highly recommend it for dinner. The atmosphere is great with this “school” decor. The dishes and wines offered are perfect. Only the crème brûlée was too "liquid" but a misstep and obviously permissible when everything else is good. Good value for money. The only flaw: the young waitresses lack discipline and rigor. Too much criticism and sneering from them when they are right behind the customers. When we eat (it was 7:30 p.m.) we don't like hearing them calculate at what time they will be able to debauch and who is the last boy they spoke to. We also don't like hearing them dragging their feet throughout the restaurant.

One there was no more starter... only main course and dessert, the tartiflette, it was rather white wine with the tartiflette tasteless... for my part the entrecôte was good but the forest sauce was tasteless and above all cold... very disappointed for the second time.... too bad...I won't set foot there again

First visit to this restaurant. School-themed atmosphere which is nice but not strong enough. Fast and efficient service. The dishes are particularly copious, which is worth emphasizing. I had a Ronsarde salad which I recommend because it is qualitative and rich in potatoes and meat. Prices are reasonable. A place that I recommend.

Every time we pass near Tours we come to taste our beuchelle at Plume Blanche Suffice it to say that we really appreciate this restaurant and this regional specialty! The decor is very original

Very good... Friendly atmosphere in the form of a school... Service varies depending on the server... The food is good and the prices are average. Poorly cleaned and sticky table! We didn't like the tarte tatin which was not caramelized. This is a first... But the rest was very good.

We were looking for a restaurant open on Sunday. We found this one, thanks to him for being open on Sunday. On the menu the dishes offered are very tempting, there is beuchelle, it is quite rare for a restaurant to offer it. The overall feeling that emerges from this experience is that it is not bad but not optimal: inaccuracies in the cooking of all the dishes that were served to us, duck breast overcooked but with skin not cooked enough to be crunchy , served with potatoes that are too warm and already too brown to give them a boost of heat. The beuchelle was served on tagliatelle. I regretted the lack of seasoning, also the too much water in the pasta made it bland. We're not far from the great experience but because of something (the cook's slack, understaffed in the kitchen, ingredients not fresh or frozen enough?) we miss out. Damage. So the bill is a little too high for the experience.

Service impeccable, cuisson du magret de canard parfaite sans parler des patates. Propriétaire acceuillant et avenant. On reviendra avec la famille. À faire si vous voulez une bonne expérience.

Jolie découverte au cœur du vieux Tours On nous accueille avec une gentille attention. Peu de plats proposés sur la carte mais tous ceux choisis étaient réussis. La poule de Racan cuite au vin de Chinon est un délice!!

Accueil chaleureux et à l'écoute je recommande fortement restaurant partagé en famille très convivial 👌
