Excellent restaurant. It's not a tourist trap, but a charming place where you receive a warm welcome. The fish stew is delicious and plentiful. The staff is very friendly. In short, a very pleasant discovery, especially for fish lovers. One small drawback is the price of the drinks. 4.30 for a Schweppes is rather expensive. But the quality is there otherwise. All the best, and we look forward to returning.

A very welcoming restaurant for families and truly kid-friendly. We came with a baby and everything went very well. The staff is pleasant and the food was delicious: excellent oysters, mussels, and desserts. We will gladly return.

Excellent menu. There was a slight delay in the service of our main course, but they apologized and compensated us without us even complaining. The young waiter was very professional. Highly recommended.

A spontaneous meal at a restaurant. We arrived late (almost 2 pm) and received a very warm welcome. The service was excellent, with little to no wait (even though we were warned it was busy), and the food was simply perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The ingredients are local, fresh, and high-quality. The prices are more than reasonable. The atmosphere was great (they even turned up the music for us!). We look forward to returning.

02/11/2025: I ate Mon Blanc and it was nice, if sweet. I asked for Earl Grey but the tea didn’t taste like it. The tea room was elegant and beautiful.
31/10/2025: A lovely afternoon tea for two. The place is very pleasant and welcoming. We enjoyed some pastries and tea. The service was quick and efficient. The price is a bit high; it seems to me that you can't call yourself a tea room and also offer fast food in the center of La Rochelle.

21/01/2026: Excellent place, the oysters are superb, and the other dishes are fantastic too! I highly recommend it.
