We had lunch yesterday at La Potinière in Chamonix with my boyfriend during our 4-day holiday in the region, and we had a wonderful time! 😊
The meal was absolutely delicious. I had a croûziflette and my boyfriend had a tartiflette, and we both thoroughly enjoyed it! The portions were generous, flavorful, and perfectly suited to a good mountain meal. 🧀🥔
We also really appreciated the restaurant's atmosphere and the warm welcome. It was a great find during our stay in Chamonix.
We highly recommend La Potinière without hesitation, and if we return to Chamonix, we will definitely go back! ❤️🏔️

Based on some of the reviews, we clearly didn't have the same experience. We were warmly welcomed by the waitresses, who were friendly and pleasant throughout the meal. We were also served very quickly.
As for the food, we found the value for money to be very good, with affordable prices for what was offered. We had a very enjoyable time and were very happy with our experience!

After a warm welcome, we were served by a rather unfriendly waiter. Despite our simultaneous orders for food and drinks, he brought us the wrong order. Fortunately, a very kind colleague agreed to correct the mistake. Furthermore, he cleared our plates just as I had finished my last bite. Despite these inconveniences, the full set menu was very appetizing.

The views and atmosphere on the outdoor patio were great, and the menu had a variety of classic French fair in addition to some other unique options. There was something for everyone in our group, from vegetarian bowls, to chicken sandwiches, and burrata. It's a bit on the expensive side compared to other nearby options, but it was overall an enjoyable meal!

4 stars for the location and the quality of the starters! Less convinced by the main course (crozets gratin with cheese), the price/quality ratio was a bit high, like everywhere in Chamonix town center... but Mont Blanc is priceless! 👍
