A must-visit if you’re in Châtel. Reservations are essential—I booked two weeks in advance. Outstanding, flavorful dishes, impeccable yet warm service, and a fantastic wine selection, including many local options. The chef absolutely nails every plate—each one looks like a masterpiece.

Food quality is really outstanding. Each dish is meticulously created and the flavour really shies through. Prices are not cheap nor expensive gicen the quality. Advanced reservation is recommended.

Excellent restaurant, the best my partner and I ate at during our 5-day stay in Châtel. Beautiful setting, warm welcome, and top-notch service. Lovely menu, perfectly cooked food, and excellent value for money. We highly recommend it!

Far too expensive for the quality. We were very disappointed by the New Year's menu, which tried to stand out with a very high price and sophisticated starters, but they weren't good—bland, with poor-quality foie gras. Only the main courses were good, especially the duck.

Excellent food. Many of the restaurants in chatel are great, but if you want something a little different (finer dining) then La Poya is a great option.
