So, as I do every evening at Pulcinella, I try a new dish from the menu. Last night, it was "grantortelli alla truffle" and, as usual... I wasn't disappointed. Whether it's the pizzas, the pasta dishes, or the desserts, everything is homemade with quality ingredients. In fact, the dessert recently added to the menu, "le panettone perdu" (the lost panettone), is absolutely divine. Last night, after the stroke of midnight, the owner, Lucas, celebrated his birthday, and, as is customary, the whole restaurant sang "Happy Birthday." Lucas is always on hand to make people feel comfortable trying out karaoke and to liven up the atmosphere by inviting customers to dance to iconic rhythms. I mustn't forget Lola, who provides top-notch service and is always checking to make sure "everything is alright." Thanks Lucas, for the duets... even if you don't let me sing everything I want because... yes, I love songs with vocals and melodies. Don't worry, I understand... we mustn't "kill" the mood! 😅 Anyway, if you want to have a great "restaurant/karaoke" evening with a super friendly and welcoming atmosphere... now you know where to go! What a lovely evening yesterday! It felt so good to be able to take my mind off things by singing, even if I'm off-key. It doesn't matter, we can dance in between. The food was top-notch, the service was top-notch, and Luca, you sing so well, it's a real joy to listen to you, it's so uplifting. Thank you for being there to bring sunshine into our lives! 🥳👍🥰
