Perfect location for visiting the city and the surrounding area… Excellent welcome from all the staff, a very pleasant and varied breakfast. Room with a view of the city, a 5-minute walk away. Parking included in front of the hotel. A very pleasant stay. Thank you!

A very pleasant weekend with my family and my 6-year-old son. The location was fantastic, the welcome warm, and the room spacious. We tried the breakfast and the restaurant, both very good, and the staff were incredibly kind. The only minor drawback was that one of the two air conditioners in the rooms was a bit noisy at night.

A simple and inexpensive place, perfect for one or two nights. The room and bathroom were very clean (and I'm very particular!). Ideally located for visiting the castle. Decent breakfast. Very good value for money.

Incredible location for visiting the medieval town. Rooms are a little dated but clean. Very convenient parking. Reasonably friendly service.

Very warm welcome, friendly staff. Excellent location at the foot of the city. Room with a beautiful view of the ramparts. Traditional breakfast and meal, generous and delicious! A car charging outlet was provided. Delighted with our stay!

The location is excellent. However, when we turned on the air conditioning, a huge amount of black dust came out and spread throughout the room. Apparently, the air conditioning system is not cleaned. It lost many stars because of this.

31/01/2026: The savory crepes were very good. You have to be patient and take your time as the kitchen doesn't cook very fast. However, the wait is worth it. It was a pity that the heating wasn't on or higher, as it was quite cool inside the restaurant.

03/01/2026: I discovered this bakery/pastry shop quite by chance during my recent stay in Carcassonne, and I was very pleasantly surprised. Freshness, quality, price, service—everything is perfect. I highly recommend it.
