We have been there 3 times and intend to return before the end of the vacation. The staff is smiling and helpful, the suggestions are good. All the dishes chosen were validated. The only weak point and not the least is cleanliness, especially the toilets. That's disappointing.

You won't find better: Opposite the entrance to Carcassonne; Parking; Large and clean rooms; Bar and restaurant (excellent and plentiful); Helpful and courteous staff. We will definitely be back.

Cuisine succulente. Nous sommes allés dans cet établissement au hasard car notre hôtel n'avait pas d'avis dessus. Le personnel est sympa, la cuisine est bonne et sans surprise. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés. En plus il y a une belle terrasse

Very very clean and spacious room. Very friendly staff from waiters to housekeepers. The breakfast very GOOD. Large free parking lot. The location of the hotel is super well located 3 minutes walk from the medieval city and 15 minutes walk from the large Place Carnot and Canal du Midi.
