Opposite the entrance to Sarlat Cathedral, a small but high quality restaurant, I recommend the South West salad, foie gras, smoked duck breast and gizzard.
Professional and attentive.
You will have understood, it is worth a detour.
I just put 4 in ambiance because it's a normal family restaurant ambiance, the main thing being on the plate.

Small restaurant, with a rather low rating but which seems to me to be due to the previous owners.
Menu at 19.90 euros great, small potions but lots of flavor from starter to dessert, pleasant and responsive staff, in short a good place to discover

I'm not at all the type to leave reviews when I eat at restaurants but I have to do it because it's definitely worth it and deserves to be honored.
A super warm welcome, and a magnificent location.
As for the dishes, I enjoyed myself from the starter to the dessert, I promise you that you will not regret your choice if you decide to go there and restore yourself.
The servers are super friendly, I had a great time.
I recommend this restaurant 100%.

A more than honest formula with starter, main course and dessert, all at the foot of the cathedral. The curry vinaigrette really adds flavor to a starter salad, the parsley and garlic potatoes are delicious and the porcini mushroom sauce is very good too. The walnut tart is also delicious. All that’s missing is the glass of wine and we have the perfect setting. Thank you for this moment!

Nous avons pris un menu à 39€ par personne et rien à dire : tout était excellent !!! À part les mouches… beaucoup de mouches ( restaurant face aux toilettes publiques)…
