La Regalada sur Gruissan

The dishes are beautifully presented and of very high quality. The chef keeps everyone entertained with his characteristic "witty banter," as he himself puts it! Don't expect mussels and pizzas; La Régalada is a gourmet restaurant.

Excellent place! We were greeted with a smile despite the size of our party and the fact that we hadn't made a reservation. The dishes were prepared to perfection and the atmosphere was very pleasant.

This restaurant is incredible! Truly worthy of a Michelin star. The chef comes to your table to present everything he's serving. The flavors are amazing, perfectly balanced. I never expected to find a good restaurant on the Gruissan harbor.

Amidst the tourist traps serving the same old dishes—sometimes good, but generally just average—there's La Regalada. When you step inside, don't expect just another run-of-the-mill restaurant on the coast. The welcome is warm, you're comfortably seated, and right from the start of the meal, you're served a delightful array of beautifully presented and delicious appetizers. As they're placed on the table, you almost start to think the parade will never end, and we're not complaining. Then comes the main course: the fish was cooked to perfection and incredibly flavorful. The use of local products (which means the menu changes daily, which is actually a great sign) is much appreciated. The dessert? It lived up to the rest of the meal. You leave the restaurant with a full stomach and delighted taste buds. From beginning to end, you're pampered and served food that reflects the team's passion for a job well done. We will gladly return on our next visit to Gruissan.

This is the third time we've eaten at La Regalada. It was excellent, but this time it wasn't like usual. We no longer get to choose our starter; it's the same for everyone. But it wasn't to our taste, and apparently we weren't the only ones that day. I saw that one table refused the scallop carpaccio, which wasn't very good—it was hard to digest. There was also an egg and a confit tomato with feta cheese. Last year it was fantastic, but it wasn't this year, and I mentioned it. But the gentleman told me he wouldn't be there next year, that he was selling the restaurant. So my comment wasn't important, but for €198 for three people, we could have opted for a different starter, as not everyone likes raw fish.

How can I put it... I can only sing its praises! A fabulous experience, both for the explosion of flavors and the exceptional atmosphere! You've restored my faith in restaurants run with passion and warmth 🥰 Thank you so much to everyone, please don't change a thing until your well-deserved retirement! I will cherish the memory of this wonderful discovery forever!

We had a wonderful time at this restaurant. The welcome was truly outstanding; the entire team was smiling, pleasant, and very attentive to the customers. The owners are lovely, attentive, and always concerned about everyone's well-being. The atmosphere is perfect, warm, and friendly; you feel right at home. As for the food, it's simply excellent: delicious, generous dishes, prepared with care. Everything was perfect from start to finish. A big thank you to the whole team for your professionalism, kindness, and good humor. A truly wonderful place that I wholeheartedly recommend! 🙂

A real treat! A must-visit for me every time I'm in Gruissan, to stock up on vitamins :)
