Beautiful culinary experience on the plate

The setting is just magnificent and the modern rubs shoulders with the old in harmony. In terms of decoration, we will just note the lack of taste with these empty bottles on the window edges. The crockery is perfect and well chosen with the dishes. As for the cuisine, it just lacks that explosion of flavor that we expect from this kind of place. The highlight of the show remains the improbable duo composed of a waiter of whom it is difficult to catch the slightest word, and a maître d'hôtel/sommelier who comes out of nowhere, a survivor of another time and giving us comments in an unsuitable Franglais in the circumstances. Not sure that the room staff is a real added value for the establishment…
