The dishes were beautifully presented but lacked flavor. The service was subpar, with an overbearing waitress who didn't allow us to fully appreciate our food. This spoiled our experience. Unfortunately, the restaurant's ambiance can't compensate for everything.

Hello. I rarely leave reviews, however, after a long meal at this establishment, I felt compelled to comment. I ate there in June, and the meal was very good! Two points to note: I find that, given the restaurant's reputation, the service struggles to keep up and doesn't reach the same standard and level as the food. I'm obviously judging as a customer and not as an expert, having no formal training in the field; I'm simply comparing it to my experiences at other establishments. So, it's a bit of a personal opinion. Secondly, and somewhat negative, and unfortunately not their fault, the establishment is located next to a body of water, so in the evening it's full of midges. This might bother some people. On the other hand, the quality of the food is undeniably worthy of its reputation. The price remains reasonable for the meal. It's every bit as good as the other five Michelin-starred restaurants in Montpellier. Thank you for the evening, and see you soon when there are fewer midges! (This review is, of course, entirely my own opinion.) Sincerely.

A truly excellent gourmet restaurant! I especially recommend the lunch menu.

The location is magnificent; it's a pleasure to have lunch by the Lez river on a sunny day! The service is impeccable, and I appreciate that there's always a gluten-free bread option! The food is consistently delicious, and the dishes are sophisticated—I love it!

A truly wonderful experience celebrating my birthday last December with our cat 🐈‍⬛ The setting is magnificent, on the banks of the Lez River, in a charming old building subtly renovated with a modern and elegant touch. We went with my husband and our cat, and particularly appreciated the peaceful atmosphere. The cuisine is refined, delicious, and presented with great care. The establishment's reputation speaks for itself. A memorable experience from beginning to end. We will undoubtedly return to celebrate other special occasions in the future.

We had a fantastic meal and the flavors were spot on! The setting by the Lez River is truly lovely. However, the service was really disappointing for a 1-star restaurant. We were let down by the attitude of all the staff! And it's a shame the chef doesn't come to the tables.
