👍🏼 Well-deserved ⭐️ star: delicious and refined cuisine. Dietary restrictions and preferences are respected. Two set menus are available in the evening. Impeccable service 👌🏻 👎🏼 It's a shame that at the end of April, service wasn't available on the terrace in the evening (except for aperitifs). This is a big part of the charm of the place. We tried twice and accepted the refusal, but without any real explanation.

Dinner for two at La Réserve, a well-known Montpellier establishment, practically an institution, with its unique setting on the banks of the Lez River. A magnificent setting indeed, the restaurant, recently awarded a Michelin star, unveils surprise menus of four or six courses, with or without wine pairings. The wine list, in particular, is well-chosen, with a range of prices, all very well chosen, and the recommendations are excellent. The four-course menu began with an amuse-bouche and an addictive country bread, followed by a magnificent asparagus dish, then moved on to fish prepared two ways, followed by a meat course with a sauce so good you'll want to stay up all night. For dessert, stewed strawberries. A true success. A perfect evening. Also worth noting is its unique terrace, the only one of its kind in the region.

Everything was perfect, from the service to the setting to the food. We loved everything.

The restaurant's setting is fantastic, overlooking the Lez River; it's peaceful and offers a real change of scenery. The service is impeccable, the meal is excellent, high quality, a true culinary experience. The only downside is that the interior is rather cold; the spaces are too large, making it a shame that you can't be served outside upon request. Apart from that, a great experience; I highly recommend it.

The riverside location instantly made a good impression, really calm and nice to sit at. The food was decent, nothing over the top, but well done. I remember the atmosphere more than the plate

A very pleasant place, magnificent terrace by the water. Very good quality food. Perfect from appetizer to dessert. Tested during a professional event, perfect for 30 people.
