The cuisine is excellent, with refined dishes, perfectly executed and bursting with flavor. The terrace overlooking the Lez River is also very pleasant and offers a peaceful setting. However, we were somewhat disappointed by several details which, in our opinion, fell short of the expected standard for a Michelin-starred restaurant. The service seemed rather haphazard, both in the staff's presentation and in their interactions with customers, which were sometimes a little too informal. The parking lot is also very small. We had to park outside and pay for a space, which is a shame for this type of establishment. Finally, there were no bag rests available, so I had to keep my handbag on the chair throughout the meal—a detail that may seem minor but is something one expects in a restaurant of this caliber. This is all the more regrettable given that the cuisine is truly excellent and the setting is very pleasant. With slightly more attentive service and greater attention to detail, the experience would live up to the quality of the food.

The location is still extraordinary, in Montpellier but outside the city, by the water and among the trees; the service was below what one would expect from this level of establishment. The blind tasting menu was a bold choice.

Beautiful location, charming welcome, and a very good lunch. Worth discovering. Returning in July 2026, what a disappointment! It doesn't even deserve a quarter of a star! Dishes are left on tables in the blazing sun before being served! Service that one might excuse in a cheap eatery! A ridiculous cheese plate with tiny, cold pieces of cheese! Last time we'll go there...

A lovely setting in the heart of Montpellier. Friendly staff and attentive service! A very friendly head waiter! Refined cuisine, perfectly cooked dishes, well-thought-out and sometimes original flavor combinations! You'll be swept away on a culinary journey! In short, the perfect recipe for a wonderful evening! Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful evening celebrating my partner's birthday. The setting is beautiful and the food was delicious, making for a truly delightful dining experience. A huge thank you to the entire team for their impeccable service: attentive, responsive, and highly professional from start to finish. The only minor suggestion for improvement would be to provide mosquito repellent or a similar solution for the outdoor tables. However, this is a small detail that didn't detract from our evening at all. We will definitely be back. Thank you for this lovely time!

Excellent welcome, excellent service, excellent advice...in short, I'm delighted as usual. One comment, however: the sea bream carpaccio could have been less spicy and served at a cooler temperature. Thank you!

The dishes were beautifully presented but lacked flavor. The service was subpar, with an overbearing waitress who didn't allow us to fully appreciate our food. This spoiled our experience. Unfortunately, the restaurant's ambiance can't compensate for everything.
