A wonderful discovery during our visit to Montpellier! We arrived as a family of four with our two children and our dog, and we received a fantastic welcome. We were seated a little apart from the other tables, which was perfect! The chef himself greeted us! The cuisine was refined and delicious. Two special dishes were prepared for our children. And the chef generously provided our children's meals... thank you again to Chef Charles Fontes for this thoughtful gesture. A restaurant that lives up to the very best. I highly recommend it.

This gourmet restaurant showcases French cuisine. The dishes are of high quality, with special mention for the sauces, including the Grand Veneur served at Christmas. The service is impeccable and friendly. An exceptional restaurant to remember.

We received a very warm welcome in a pleasant and inviting setting. For our dinner for two, we chose the four-course menu. The service was particularly attentive: the waiters took the time to ask if any ingredients were unsuitable, and since I didn't want lemon, each dish was adapted accordingly, which I greatly appreciated. However, the first course (lobster with bouillabaisse) didn't leave a good impression. While the first few bites seemed fine, I quickly experienced a sensation of swelling in my throat, which was quite unpleasant. My partner had the same reaction. Perhaps it was a particular spice, it's hard to say, but it somewhat spoiled the beginning of the meal. Fortunately, this discomfort disappeared with the second course, the fish, and we were able to fully enjoy the rest of the menu. The rest of the dinner was impeccable, with flavorful and perfectly executed dishes. Apart from this bad experience with the first course, the whole meal was a great discovery.

I went to this restaurant for a special occasion and everything went very well! Superb food, welcoming and professional staff. A minor complaint about the restrooms (they were cold and the hygiene needs improvement).

Located in a peaceful setting on the banks of the Lez River, the restaurant offers a refined and very pleasant atmosphere, perfect for a serene meal. The cuisine reflects the ambiance: expertly prepared traditional gastronomy that emphasizes the quality of ingredients and the precise execution of classic dishes. The prices are commensurate with this ambition, but reflect the quality of the experience offered. The courteous and pleasant service was attentive without being intrusive, greatly contributing to the success of the evening. We particularly appreciated this atmosphere of excellence, which thankfully remains unpretentious. In short, a wonderful place for a special occasion or for those who appreciate classic and refined cuisine.

A wonderful discovery this lunchtime. My first time at this establishment. What can I say? It has everything you expect from this type of restaurant... Attentive service, a smiling and present team without being intrusive. Every detail matters, it shows, and it's very pleasant. The setting is simple and refined. The sage and white tones of the dining room blend perfectly and create the tranquility one seeks in a place of this caliber. The natural holiday decorations on the door and window headers are refined and elegant. The wine is recommended by a sommelier, and today was a delightful discovery with a rosé I hadn't tried before. The amuse-bouches and main courses were very well executed. We chose a three-course meal with a glass of wine and still water. I chose to order dishes with ingredients I don't usually enjoy because only this kind of establishment can truly change your mind, and it certainly did. It's clear that the ingredients are high quality and that the culinary expertise, in terms of flavor combinations, textures, and cooking techniques, is undeniable. I was absolutely delighted.

It was a wonderful discovery, both for the quality of the food and the selection of regional wines (excellent!), as well as for the service and the warm welcome (the staff were incredibly attentive!). Beautiful setting, surrounded by nature. Private parking. I highly recommend it.
