We were very disappointed with this highly rated restaurant. First upon entering, we were shocked by the lack of taste in the presentation of the room (leftovers of Christmas decorations at the end of February, not a single candle on the too large table for 6 people where we were seated for two in front of a large window with no view of the outside, pale interior light, large surveillance camera clearly above our heads, etc.). Anything but warm and romantic! The young staff try hard to do their job well but seem very stressed and tired. The meal was good although some dishes were too salty and the dessert average but the environment was really too disappointing for us to want to return to this overpriced and overrated restaurant.

In an establishment of this level, most people expect perfection. However, balance is not about perfection. We had a 6-course tasting dinner with my partner. I indulged in the food and wine pairing. I REGRET NOTHING ! !! Careful, smiling, attentive and passionate service. A technical, worked, thoughtful cuisine, with balanced, surprising flavors. I was impressed by how well the olive oil ice cream tasted. And above all THE important brand: The chef is present! A brigade can certainly do the job very well without its Leader. Despite this, with all my respect, nothing prevents that when the Cat is not there... So thanks. Thank you for not being like all these Chefs who work on their image more than their cuisine. Thank you for being a leader. The real leaders in this profession are passionate people who are rarely seen anywhere other than in their restaurant.

Magnificent restaurant! The setting is very classy and pleasant. The welcome and service are impeccable. We took the lunch menu with drinks and it was flawless! Everything is delicious, the cooking is mastered, in short we had a great time!

One Michelin star in 2023 Exquisite meal The green onions in the appetizer are fragrant but not oily The main meal of pork cheeks is fried into a cinnamon roll shape. It is super crispy and delicious. The saltiness and pork flavor are also quite appropriate. It is paired with a complete half of a radish and a puree full of radish flavor.
