“Seafood” is a culinary term, not a biological category. It refers to all edible marine animals other than fish, which includes crustaceans (shrimp, crabs, lobsters), shellfish (oysters, mussels, clams), and cephalopods, such as cuttlefish, squid, and octopus.
Cuttlefish are indeed cephalopod mollusks, but “mollusk” and “seafood” are not mutually exclusive: oysters are also mollusks, and no one disputes that they are seafood.

A high-quality culinary experience, top-notch products prepared exceptionally well, and a very warm welcome. There's something for everyone, whether you're a meat lover or prefer platters composed solely of vegetables, etc. I highly recommend this place located in Port Mariane, opposite the fountain.

Following a superb, mature, and thoughtful response from the restaurant, I've completely changed my mind. I shouldn't have attacked the business so hastily in the heat of the moment. While offering my sincerest apologies, I also want to emphasize that I had some wonderful times on the terrace of La Trinquefougasse. I owe them a debt of gratitude, and it's time to reciprocate.
