A restoration of the residence done with great refinement and taste, very pleasant atmosphere, a high quality service where a smile and professionalism are combined wonderfully, as for the plate, congratulations to the chef and his teams who know how to handle the flavors, respect the products and highlight everything with a sober and delicate presentation; let's not forget the wine list where the sommelier knows how to find the nuggets that blend wonderfully with the dishes to the great pleasure of the taste buds.
An address to try, it is, for me, THE reference for restaurants in Tours, even if the stars do not seem to want to look at its setting.
