La Rose de Pindare sur Bourgueil

A little gem we stumbled upon by chance to end a weekend with friends, and it was a delight. Our VIP table, the warmth and hospitality of the owner and her daughter (with special attention to Patti the dog), the exquisite cuisine, and the perfect wine selection. Thank you so much, we highly recommend it!

This restaurant was recommended to us by the owners of the La Recré bed and breakfast. We called at 7:50 pm on a Sunday—yes, it's possible, but before 8:15 pm! We arrived, received a warm welcome, and were seated on the lovely terrace. The menu is enticing, and the surprises are what await you when you dig into your plate; there's always a little something extra! At their place, a classic dish hides a subtle surprise in flavor. They also gave excellent wine recommendations. And the friendly, welcoming service makes you want to come back. A wonderful discovery!

The team listened to all our requests and demonstrated great professionalism. The dishes were delicious, beautifully presented, and perfectly balanced. All our guests thoroughly enjoyed themselves. As for the service, it was impeccable: attentive, warm, and of very high quality. We wholeheartedly recommend this establishment!

This establishment offers two inviting spaces: a lovely indoor dining room and a beautiful flower-filled terrace. The menu is simple but the food is very well prepared. The service is impeccable. I frequent this restaurant quite regularly and highly recommend it.
