A wonderful discovery! We received a fantastic welcome from start to finish, with truly pleasant, smiling, and attentive staff. 😊 The meal was impeccable: we thoroughly enjoyed it! The dishes were delicious, beautifully presented, and generous. A great atmosphere that makes you want to come back. We had a wonderful time and will definitely return. I highly recommend it!

This was a treat! We had the three course meal for €25 and it was fabulous. We got one of the two unbooked tables for the night at 7.00pm by 8.30 all the tables were full and it was a lovely atmosphere. The starter in particular was exceptional. It's a shame it's not open more often as we had tried to go there earlier in the week. There is only one person who is front of house so the service is a little slow but she worked exceptionally hard keeping everyone served. I would definitely recommend if your in Bourgueil and it's open. Just fabulous!

Superb restaurant from start to finish. The chef cooks superbly, especially the appetizers like pike-perch with beurre blanc sauce and pork chops. The service was magnificent, with kindness, humor, and professionalism. I highly recommend it.

The chef is a protégé of Thierry Marx. He cooks just as well for a quarter of the price. And his wife provides royal service. Don't miss it!

16/08/2026: A little gem we stumbled upon by chance to end a weekend with friends, and it was a delight. Our VIP table, the warmth and hospitality of the owner and her daughter (with special attention to Patti the dog), the exquisite cuisine, and the perfect wine selection. Thank you so much, we highly recommend it!
10/08/2026: This restaurant was recommended to us by the owners of the La Recré bed and breakfast. We called at 7:50 pm on a Sunday—yes, it's possible, but before 8:15 pm! We arrived, received a warm welcome, and were seated on the lovely terrace. The menu is enticing, and the surprises are what await you when you dig into your plate; there's always a little something extra! At their place, a classic dish hides a subtle surprise in flavor. They also gave excellent wine recommendations. And the friendly, welcoming service makes you want to come back. A wonderful discovery!
