La Roseraie sur Montbrison

Overall, we had a pleasant experience at this restaurant. The staff were friendly, smiling, and attentive. You can tell the dishes are well-crafted and beautifully presented. However, we were disappointed by the flavors, which were too mild, not pronounced enough, and sometimes even bland. The seasoning wasn't up to par and fell short of the restaurant's stated ambitions.

I wholeheartedly agree with all the very positive reviews: Table of 8, €25 set menu. Everything is excellent: the setting (both inside and outside under the trees), the attentive and caring waiters, the inventive and gourmet cuisine with its many flavor combinations, and the unbeatable value for money.
