Good morning,
We had lunch on a Saturday afternoon and had a great time.
Warm welcome, rillettes and toast offered for an aperitif.
The starters were plentiful and delicious. And our dishes, a roast pigeon and a rack of piglet, were really excellent and very well accompanied. An interesting wine list is offered.
In short, an excellent address in Bayonne

Located in a nice side of town, this restaurant is worth the detour. Fresh and local products. The plates are generous and delicious. The manager is welcoming and very friendly. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Sunday evening, the boss is the conductor. Fast and generous service. Everything is homemade. Foie gras fig chutney excellent. Melting Aldudes ham. Then a farandole of homemade desserts. THANKS. A very good address.

Second visit to this restaurant that we discovered last year. Always a great satisfaction. The wood pigeon was excellent, perfectly cooked, the lamb rice, the lamb, the duck breast....each dish is a success. Pleasant service and welcome.

So... It's quite expensive, we're not going to hide it (50th per person ouch). But honestly no regrets, whether it's the starter, the main course or the dessert at no time do we say to ourselves "well I got screwed".
Not for all budgets but a banger, loads of shit.

Sur conseil d’un bon mangeur de bonnes choses, nous avons dîné à la rôtisserie.
Un très bon moment et une très belle découverte , tout est maison de l’apéro au dessert. Et que dire des plats ? Une véritable surprise copieuse, savoureuse et authentique. Une très belle carte des vins!
Nous y retournerons !

On ferme les yeux et on retrouve le goût des plats de nos parents,grands parents .restauration au portions généreuses avec de superbes cuissons.. merci
