Very well-run hotel, comfortable and well-equipped room, friendly welcome, hearty and very good meal, breakfast also. Everything was perfect during this brief stay in Aubrac. An excellent stopover at the crossroads of hiking trails.

We only tested the restaurant. Congratulations to the cook, very well prepared and very generous dishes. An efficient and very smiling server. We had lamb ribs, kidneys, lamb sweetbreads, and frog legs, accompanied by truffade aligot, everything was perfect. I advise.

Superb stay. Very pleasant staff, very clean room and hearty and excellent meal. A plus, we were treated to snow when we woke up. Magnificent view. Really, I recommend him on all levels. Everyone was super nice to us. Thank you very much to them by the way.
