A wonderful lunchtime at La Salle à Manger.
The welcome was warm, the food excellent and a true tribute to local producers, and to top it all off, a reading of an excerpt from Madame de Sévigné.
A restaurant that is both committed and engaging.

Passing through, we hadn't yet discovered LA SALLE A MANGER, but we appreciated the setting, the atmosphere, the service, and especially the meal. We enjoyed it so much that two days later, on our way back, we stopped by again to savor the delicious food.

We were lucky enough to stop there during the gastronomy rally. We didn't actually eat there, but we did get to sample a few dishes prepared by the new chef. Delicious!
We'll be back to eat there very soon. The staff is very professional and very pleasant.

Excellent welcome despite the restaurant being full. I was quickly seated and the service was efficient. The rare ribeye steak was delicious and the Syrah was superb. A wonderful experience that truly captures the essence of the Drôme region and its local produce. Highly recommended!
