We came on Saint Andrew's Day, and due to their popularity, the restaurant was packed! The manager is very welcoming and her staff are incredibly attentive.
The wait was well worth it: a superb raclette in a beautifully presented establishment! We highly recommend it and will gladly return. Don't change a thing! 😉

Very good Savoyard fondue.
The side salad wasn't necessary for me.
I would have preferred fresh bread like in Geneva, Switzerland.
Service was adequate.
Prices were still a bit high.

This place will stay in our memmories for a long time, the service was amazing, and we are not sure witch was better the food or the service but we really want to come back again, waitress woman she was amazing, friendly , and felt like she is a family not waitress, and we tried for the first time fondiu and OMG the taste and texture, and atmosfere it felt like we are in another dimension, thankyou for this amazing experience.

Family dinner on a Monday evening during the All Saints' Day holiday. We hadn't booked and the restaurant was full, but luckily there was a table for four available. At first, we thought the welcome might be a little cold, but it was simply the rush: the staff turned out to be very attentive and pleasant.
As for the food, it was truly excellent.
• Porcini mushroom fondue: delicious, fragrant, and perfectly balanced.
• Tartiflette: also very good; the portion would be perfect for a teenager, a little small for an adult… but I have a good appetite!
• Sirloin steak (for our daughter who doesn't like cheese): a real surprise. Exceptional meat, perfectly cooked—rare enough to be worth mentioning in this type of establishment specializing in local cuisine.
• Desserts: light and not too sweet homemade tiramisu, excellent. Simple but very good faisselle cheese.
In short: a very good place in Annecy for a quality Savoyard meal, with a friendly and efficient team. We highly recommend it.
